Monday Lifelines

This reflects my need at the moment to get back to do a little exercise…
From Kaz Cooke’s “The little book of diet and exercise”:

If an exercise works for you on land, think how much better it will be under water! Try deep-sea trapeze work, underwater surfing, and wet-boxing.

Depressed because you don’t look good in fluo-vile Lycra hotpants and a tank top? Here’s an idea: don’t even think about purchasing such a ludicrous outfit.

Put a little incentive into your early morning runs by making sure there’s a Black Forest cake at the end of each one.
